If you are a registered patient and would like to make an appointment you can either call, email, fill out the contact form.

If you have a complaint  or compliment please call or make an appointment to discuss your matter. If you feel you can't do this then please email or write a letter to the Practice Principal, Dr Gillian Leslie or the Practice Manager, Miss Laura Bourhill. You will receive a reply in 10 working days. We will endeavour to do our best to address any issue you may have.
